Rocamood: fashion made slowly (and why I recommend it)

Today I’m not here to talk to you about Labienhecha. Or not entirely.

Because if there’s one thing I love about this project, it’s that here we don’t only talk about bags. We talk about people, about values, about doing things well. And every now and then a brand comes along that reminds me there’s still another way to make fashion.

It’s called Rocamood. And behind it is Lucía.

Who’s behind it

Lucía is one of those people I truly admire. An entrepreneur, a mother, brave, resilient. The kind who’ve spent years rowing against the current to build a beautiful, honest and coherent brand.

I know her well. And I trust her as much as I trust every garment she creates. Because there’s so much care behind it: her own design, careful production, materials chosen with judgment and an obsession with making clothes that are comfortable, flattering and built to last.

Real Made in Spain fashion. The kind made slowly. The kind that has no time for throwaway.

How did this come about?

It thrilled me enormously when Rocamood wrote to us to include our bags and our handmade flowers in their Blooming collection: a collection inspired by blooming, by change, by the beauty of things made calmly.

It’s one of those collections you fall for at first sight. And it makes complete sense: two ways of understanding the handmade, meeting.

My favourite pieces

I could tell you about the Brisa skirt (impossible to be cooler for summer) or the Aura dress, which comes in four colours and I’d keep them all. But if you ask me for my absolute favourites, I’m crystal clear.

The Sira dungarees. I’ve had them for over a year and, literally, I don’t take them off. Every time I wear them in a video you ask me about them: no dungarees sit better, and they suit every body. One of those garments you put on once and they become your favourite uniform.

The Dalia top. It looks spectacular, goes with absolutely everything and lasts you a lifetime.

Why I’m telling you about it

Because when we find well-made brands, it’s lovely to share them too.

I always say the same thing: buying is voting. And backing projects like Rocamood is betting on talent, craft, design and the people who keep fighting to do things well every day.

Nothing moves me more than knowing such well-made brands exist. That don’t give up. And that grow by doing it well.
