Of course! As soon as we receive the package in our workshop, we will proceed to the full refund.

You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal, a refund on your credit card or by bank transfer.

You can also request a refund on a gift card :).

AVAILABLE UNITS are ready for immediate shipment and you can choose between express shipping in 24-48h or standard or free shipping in 3-5 days. You can check availability on the product page, above the purchase buttons.

IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER: If your bienhecha is available with PRE-ORDER purchase you will always see the shipping date on the checkout button or below.

Keep in mind that we are a small and artisan workshop and sometimes it can take a few days more, but also a few days less!
