We're running out of our space. We have to go. And we have to do it fast.

2025 has been a year of strong bet: we bet on genuine leather, closing an agreement that meant a huge investment and in which we put all our effort. And now all our economic lung is invested in that and in what is necessary for that production at the end of the year.

In addition, our stores in Madrid are not working as we expected. Especially one of them.

More than adding, it is subtracting our profit. That is why we have decided to close that store, making that emotional sacrifice and despite losing all the investment and love put there, but with the idea of not taking any risk.

In the end, we are left with our other store in Madrid and the two channels that give us a lot of joy: our online channel, which is growing and growing non-stop, and our store in Malaga, which continues to give us love.

So we are left without a workshop, with all the investment made, and without a cushion to build a new one. But what we do have -and they can't take this away from us- is this:

If we think about it, Labienhecha this year has had campaigns that resemble this objective: on the birthday we sold thousands of bags. Now we need to sell thousands of shares.

Think about it. This operation requires a lot of cash that is blocked in bonds, guarantees and others, which, although they are not non-refundable, require financial lung.

For this reason, the figure must be based on the real profit from the sale of the product.

We cannot put into play the fixed or variable cost structure, because then we could not continue to make bags, purchase materials, pay salaries, rents, etc.

Selling requires subtracting taxes as well...

The minimum real turnover we need to be able to enter a new space is 200,000 - 250,000€, from which we get a net profit of 40,000€ (in the best case, provided there are no discounts or promotions).
