We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible, but if you are in a hurry, these would be the maximum dates:

TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS EVE and CHRISTMAS:

- Standard shipping: you can place your order until 12/18/2025. You could also order until 19/12/2024 choosing express shipping.
- Express shipping: you can place your order until 19/12/2025 (We recommend you to consult us before and to do it much earlier if possible).

TO ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS:

- Standard shipping: you can place your order until 26/12/2025 (but do it earlier if you can because there are holidays in between)
- Express shipping: you can place your order until 29/12/2024 or in main cities it could be shipped on 30/12/2024 (We recommend you to consult us before, this service is only available in main cities).

You can return your order, exchange it for another product, exchange it for a gift card or request a full refund.

In addition, we have extended returns until February 1, 2026.

Of course! As soon as we receive the package in our workshop, we will proceed to the full refund.

You will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal, a refund on your credit card or by bank transfer.

Yes! We ship worldwide. In Spain they are free from 100€ and in the rest of the world from 200€.

You can also exchange or return your purchase super easy. We have extended the deadline until February 1, 2026 to make it even easier for you.
