A piece that transforms the bag into a modular and changeable accessory, allowing you to play with shapes, lengths and combinations to create your own version of La Dolorosa.

Handmade in top quality vegetable tanned leather, with metal eyelets (it has 12 in total, which will allow you to carry your bag at many heights) and circular carabiners, it combines strength, functionality and handcrafted beauty.

• 40 cm - manual version, ideal as a short handle or hand detail (for some people it will also work as a shoulder strap and as an extension).

• 100 cm - perfect for carrying your bag over the shoulder or closer to the body.

• 140 cm - long shoulder strap option, for a crossbody or more relaxed style. This option allows for a multitude of positions (the most).

You can combine them, alternate them or use them together with the laces included in your bag to play with the length, volume or style. Just change the position of the carabiners and your bag will be different every day.

It is made in our workshop, using 100% artisanal techniques. Made of certified bovine leather (LWG) of the highest quality vegetable tanned, from rhubarb, quebracho and/or mimosa, among other vegetable tannins. In its manufacture, there is a high policy of environmental responsibility and total traceability.

Each piece made of vegetable tanned leather is a unique piece of craftsmanship. There are really no two alike. We respect the leather and its history, its roughness, its natural appearance and, therefore, each piece is totally exclusive.

As it is a 100% natural article, dyed with vegetable tannins such as flowers and vegetables, there may be slight variations in tone, this being something super special.

Pero no dramas: si algo tiene de bueno nuestra piel, es que los cuidados son mínimos. 

Cuidados básicos para piel bovina blandita:

Limpieza suave

• Usa un paño seco o ligeramente húmedo (con agua, no empapado) para retirar el polvo.

• Evita productos abrasivos y limpia siempre con movimientos suaves.

Hidratación

• Cada 2-3 meses, aplica una crema específica para cuero (o un bálsamo natural sin siliconas) para nutrir la piel.

• Aplica con un paño suave y en movimientos circulares.

Protección

• Evita exposición prolongada a la luz directa del sol o fuentes de calor (puede alterar el color o resecar la piel).

• Si se moja, sécala a temperatura ambiente (nunca con secador ni calor directo).

Cuidados básicos para piel de vaqueta:

Limpieza

• La vaqueta, al ser más robusta y menos tratada, se limpia igual: paño seco o ligeramente húmedo.

Hidratación

• Necesita más hidratación que la nappa. Usa aceites o ceras específicas (cera de abeja, por ejemplo), aplicando siempre con moderación y de forma uniforme.

• Esto ayuda a mantener su flexibilidad y a realzar la pátina natural.

Oscurecimiento natural

• Ten en cuenta que la vaqueta, al ser más natural, oscurece con el uso y la exposición al sol. ¡Es parte de su encanto y carácter!

• No intentes "corregir" este tono; es el resultado de su envejecimiento noble y natural.

Consejo final para ambas pieles:
El cuero de calidad mejora con el tiempo, pero necesita mimo: evitar contacto con productos químicos agresivos (perfumes, alcohol, cremas cosméticas, etc.). Siempre guarda tus bolsos en bolsas de algodón o fundas transpirables, ¡nunca en plásticos!

→ How do I take care of it?
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun or humidity. Moisturize it from time to time with natural colorless leather cream. Over time, the leather will beautify and acquire a beautiful patina.

→ Can I buy it separately even if I don't have a La Dolorosa bag?
Of course! Although it is designed for La Dolorosa bags, you can use it with any bag that has compatible eyelets or rings.
